💚💛 WE NEED YOUR HELP – OUR CLUB NEEDS YOU💛💚
As we look ahead to next year, we need to be honest with our members — we desperately need more coaches and volunteers.
Our club can only survive and continue to grow if people are willing to step forward and give a little of their time.
We simply do not have enough coaches to run all the teams we would like to have next year. If we cannot get more people involved, we may be faced with the heartbreaking situation of not being able to continue teams or offer our children the opportunities they deserve.
And this isn't just about experienced coaches.
👉 Never coached before? We can help you.
👉 Think you don't know enough? We'll support you.
👉 Only able to help one night a week? That's still a huge help.
👉 Former player? We'd love to see you back.
👉 Parent or grandparent? Please consider getting involved.
👉 Even if you can only help occasionally, your contribution matters.
We particularly want to encourage our parents and former players to step forward. Our children need people around them who are willing to give them their time, knowledge and encouragement.
You don't have to do it alone. Coaching is about much more than knowing every skill or tactic, it's about creating a positive environment, encouraging young players and helping them develop a love for the sport.
💚 This is OUR club.
💛 Our children are OUR future.
💚 But without volunteers, there is no club.
We know everyone is busy. We know people have work, families and commitments. But if every family gave even a small amount of their time, the difference it would make would be enormous.
So, we're asking our members — please don't assume someone else will step up.
If you've ever said, "I'd love to help but...", now is the time to have a chat with us.
Come along. Give it a try. Get involved. Bring a friend.
We will support anyone who is willing to help, whether you're an experienced coach or someone taking their very first step into coaching.
